What we deliver:
ValorCompany delivers exclusively with DHL including tracking ID.
This way you can always track your shipment and nothing gets lost!
Shipping costs:
We ship our goods throughout Germany for 4.99 € & from 70 € free of charge
For shipping within the EU we charge 9.99 € and
Worldwide shipping then costs 19.99 €
Our delivery times:
After receipt of payment, we will produce your goods individually for you.
In other words, shirts and hoodies are printed fresh for you after you place your order using the direct-to-garment process. Therefore, it may take 8-10 days for your order to arrive. However, this is usually much quicker!
Returns:
Before returning anything, please contact us by phone or email ( info@valorcompany.de ). We will then send you our return slip.
The buyer shall bear the costs of return shipments as long as no demonstrable defects can be identified at the factory!
*Please note that we generally cannot guarantee returns for custom-made items or special sizes (3XL and above).
